Sora is the main protagonist of No Game No Life. He is one of the strongest males in the International Saimoe League, having won the ISML 2016's male tournament and ISML 2018's male hall of fame contest.

If an anonymous e-mail offered to transport you to a world where everything is decided through a game, would you take the offer? Not only did Sora and his sister do just that, they did not need to think twice about it. And the new world they ended up in... is so much better than Earth! If it is about games, the team made up of Sora and his sister, collectively known as Blank ([ ]), will never lose. Coming up with a multitude of strategies both before and during battle, Blank will unfailingly make sure that they are always one step ahead of their opponent. Thinking together and working as a unit, if a situation does not go their way, they will just have to come up with a new plan, no matter the pressure they are under or how much is at stake. Individually, Sora is a risk-taker, a master manipulator, and a person who prefers to think outside the box. If there is a loophole in the rules of the game, Sora will exploit it for all it is worth. His daredevil attitude means Sora will even put his own body on the line if it means figuring out his opponent's strategy. Outside of gaming, Sora is a doting bother, a seeker of entertainment, and a free-spirited person who tries not to let his worries get the best of him. He may appear to be a slacker to most, but Sora takes his work seriously and will readily spend late nights preparing for the next challenge ahead. While this new world of games appears fun, there must be a dark side to all this freedom. Sora is willing to face God himself if it means finding out why this world functions in this particular manner. And that would be one game Sora, his sister, and the world as a whole, cannot afford to lose. | |||||||||||||||||||
