Miko is a first-year student of Shuchiin Academy. Her father is a Supreme Court judge, while her mother works in an international humanitarian organization. Because of this, Miko developed a strong and obstinate sense of justice. She joined the school's Public Morals Committee since elementary, and is determined to enforce the rules and confront any violators no matter their status.
Iino is best known in the fandom as the main love interest of male deuteragonist Yu Ishigami. In the anime's second season, Ishigami's backstory reveals that the two had helped each other behind their backs.
