Megumin is one of main three girls featured in the isekai comedy web novel and light novel Konosuba. A petite arch-wizard hailing from the Crimson Magic Clan, Megumin's primary traits are her exaggerated theatrical personality, and an obsession for unloading the biggest, baddest, and most spectacular kaboom that Belzerg has ever seen, despite its sheer impracticality for a girl of her stature. Casting explosions often drains her energy completely, thus needing her to be piggybacked by the MC Kazuma Satou, whom she later develops romantic feelings for.
The crimson demon is Konosuba's most popular heroine due to her instantly recognizable red "big-hat witch" costume, cute explosive gimmicks, and for being Kazuma's main love interest. Plus, she's also voiced by the lovely Rieri, whose other notable roles include the beautiful half-elf Emilia and the playful classmate Takagi. What's not to love?
