Iroha Isshiki is a character who first appeared in the second season of the Oregairu TV anime, an adaptation of Wataru Watari and ponkan8's light novel series.
In the fandom, Iroha is commonly compared to a fox because of her playful, teasing demeanour and cunning personality. She becomes the third main heroine in the series (after Yukino and Yui), even becoming a participant of the fandom's shipping wars due to her chemistry with protagonist Hikigaya. Oregairu's popularity and its quality of waifus has carried the kouhai deep into several major saimoe tournaments, including two Round 6 appearances in r/anime'sBest Girl, and two playoffs appearances in the International Saimoe League.
As one of the cuter girls in her school, the cunning Isshiki Iroha knows full well of how to make use of her forte. Most of the times, a foxy act of a clingy girl is all she needs to sweep any unwary males off their feet and make them do her bidding. Under the premise of purity, she deviously clawed her way to fame, getting all the power and high spot of the social strata and attention from that handsome boy she has a crush on.
