Hestia is the main heroine from the Danmachi light novel and anime series. Blah blah blah Bell Cranel blah blah blah Greek Goddess blah blah blah Hestia Familia. Who really gives a shit about that when the real reason for her popularity lies in her character design. Hestia is a shortstack who is nicknamed "Loli Big-Boobs" in-universe, and her hefty honkers are accentuated by her signature boob ribbon (tagged in Pixiv as "例の紐", rei no himo, literally "exemplary string"). This ribbon proved to be so popular among cosplayers that it warranted an entry in the English Wikipedia site, a rare feat for a light novel heroine. And she has no shame in wearing her clothes, which makes it even hotter.
