Hanyuu is a fictional character from Higurashi: When they Cry, a mystery visual novel series created by Ryukishi07. Her full name is Hanyuu Furude, which makes her related to Rika Furude. This particular name is displayed in the International Saimoe League.
According to the 07th Expansion Wikia page, Hanyuu is a walking spoiler in the series. Even her full name is also a spoiler, although it needs context to understand. We'll just leave it at that.
